The McDonnel Group has partnered with LCMC Health on numerous medical clinics construction projects in the Greater New Orleans area. This project is part of LCMC’s campus master plan improvements, including building out several clinics across multiple floors in their hospital and associated medical office buildings. The McDonnel team completed the buildout of seven medical clinics as well as common areas 33 days early to meet the owner’s request.

The Touro BIAC/NRC Relocation included renovation of an existing ground-floor office space and conversion into an 8,045 GSF facility offering outpatient rehabilitation services for Touro Hospital in New Orleans. Project program includes a collection of open gym space, private therapy rooms, and support spaces.

The LCMC Healthplex is a 4-story, 45,600 SF Medical Office Building. It is located at the corner of Ridgelake and Galleria Streets in Metairie, adjacent to the existing Crescent City Medical Center. Tenants for the upper floors of this MOB will include general physician practices, an infusion clinic, and pediatric specialty clinics.
