IATSE Local 478 Corporate Headquarters
This renovation project will convert an existing historic warehouse into IATSE Local 478’s new corporate headquarters. IATSE Local 478 is the local film makers union for motion picture studio mechanics in Louisiana, Southern Mississippi, and Mobile, Alabama. Circle Food Store Historic Renovation
The Circle Food Store, at the corner of St. Bernard and Claiborne Avenues, is a registered federal landmark and a New Orleans cultural icon. Originally constructed in 1938, the grocery store was flooded following Hurricane Katrina and the subsequent levee failures.
