The McDonnel Group has partnered with LCMC Health on numerous medical clinics construction projects in the Greater New Orleans area. This project is part of LCMC’s campus master plan improvements, including building out several clinics across multiple floors in their hospital and associated medical office buildings. The McDonnel team completed the buildout of seven medical clinics as well as common areas 33 days early to meet the owner’s request.

Our medical clinics construction team built a Pulmonary, Allergy, and Rheumatology clinic; an Abdominal Transplant clinic; both Cardiac Testing and Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinics; a Cardiology clinic; and a Woman’s Health clinic, as well as common area and shared space upgrades.
