Allan McDonnel
President
Growing up in a family construction business gave Allan intimate knowledge of the local municipal, design, and construction market. Since graduating from LSU in 1986 with a BS in Construction Management and a minor in Business, Allan has gained over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has served in a variety of leadership positions with New Orleans based contractors. In 2000, Allan formed and became President of The McDonnel Group. During his tenure, McDonnel has grown to become one of the most respected construction organizations in Southeast Louisiana performing work in both the public and private sectors with annual revenues in excess of $100,000,000 and earning the company the number two spot on New Orleans CityBusiness’s “Fastest Growing Companies of 2012.”
