The Monarch is a historic renovation of a four-story, mid-19th-century Italianate building located on St. Charles Avenue in downtown New Orleans. The project transformed the historic structure into a 34-room boutique hotel that blends preserved architectural character with modern hospitality amenities, including high ceilings, large windows, upscale guest rooms, and a lounge-style lobby bar.
