Interior build out of 6,250 SF space including Switchgear Room, Control Room, and Laboratory to support a 63,000 SF Process Facility.  Construction included a 2-hour fire rated separation wall between process activities and the occupied space, redundant positive pressure HVAC system, spray foam insulation, sprinkler system, epoxy flooring, lab casework and fume hoods.
