Sheraton New Orleans Lobby, Guestroom, and Public Space Renovations

The project scope for this major renovation of an iconic downtown hotel includes:

• Full renovation and upgrade of the hotel lobby, ballrooms, pre-function spaces, 1,110 guest rooms, luxury suites, lobby bar, restaurant, club lounge, fitness center, and other public spaces
• Implementation of a detailed 2010 ADA compliance plan
• Detailed phasing of construction so as not to disturb normal operations
