The Rib Room Restaurant and Bar work involved the complete historic renovation of an iconic 7,000 SF restaurant and adjoining bar including custom mahogany paneling; marble insets around kitchen area and interior columns; redesigned electrical system including custom chandeliers throughout the restaurant; renovation of the Escoffier Room into an intimate, private dining area overlooking the main dining room; and a new gypsum sky dome ceiling over the bar.
