This project involved the complete renovation of a new upscale bar and lobby restaurant, Restaurant 5 Fifty 5, including:

• New coffee shop, upscale bar, 7,000 SF restaurant, and retail shops
• New marble and porcelain flooring
• Sophisticated, open seating surrounded by custom millwork with exotic woods, veneers, and stone
• Lumicor and custom millwork feature wall
• Custom designed and fabricated fixtures throughout
• Completed concurrent with lobby renovations, gift shop, Starbucks coffee shop, and main bar in a 4 month period
