Loyola University Monroe Library Renovation

This university construction project brought interior renovations to Loyola University New Orleans’ Monroe Library. The refresh added ductwork, mill work, new offices, new carpets, wall painting, a new technical services area, four new windows on the fourth floor, a lobby area on the third floor, and a new break room on the first floor to provide a modern library experience in which students can focus on their education. Careful project management by McDonnel’s university construction team ensured the project was completed prior to the end of summer break.
