Texas Brine MCC
The new 1,000 SF build structurally consists of a precast pile supported cast in place concrete foundation and structural CMU walls supporting hollow core precast roof panels. The MCC building is architecturally finished with a standing seam metal roof and waterproofed using elastomeric paint over exterior CMU walls. The interior consists of the control room and an office space complete with a built-in plastic laminate work station and ADA restroom.
