The project scope for this major renovation of an iconic downtown hotel includes:
- Full renovation and upgrade of the hotel lobby, ballrooms, pre-function spaces, 1,110 guest rooms, luxury suites, lobby bar, restaurant, club lounge, fitness center, and other public spaces
- Implementation of a detailed 2010 ADA compliance plan
- Detailed phasing of construction so as not to disturb normal operations
