One Shell Square

A tenant improvement and interior renovation project of a high-rise Class A office building sought to improve interdepartmental efficiency as well as create uniformity between Shell’s New Orleans and Houston offices. A total of sixteen floors were completed within a compressed timeframe while the business was fully operational. Work included:

• Construction of offices, conference rooms, open work spaces, restrooms, break rooms, and multi-media teleconferencing rooms with state-of-the-art audiovisual systems with global electronic conferencing capabilities
• Relocation of wall partitions
• New interior finishes, architectural casework, carpets, paints, acoustical ceilings
• Mechanical and electrical systems installation and modifications along with full integration of fire/alarm/security systems
