New Orleans Federal Apartments

This historic renovation project includes the conversion of an existing 8 story building into a (42) unit affordable housing complex. Each floor has 6 dwelling units. The units consist of (10) 1 bedroom units at approximately 550 SF and (32) 2 bedroom units at approximately 810 SF. The scope also includes all new electrical, mechanical, plumbing, elevator, and site improvements. The building is certified by the NPS & State Office of Historic Preservation as a certified historic structure.
