Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Company Tenant Improvements

This project converted an existing movie theater into the state-of-the-art Corporate Headquarters of the Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Company (LAMMICO). The renovation work was completed within a compressed schedule and included:

• Executive and administrative offices, claim evaluation exam areas, lobby/reception area, boardroom, conference rooms, rotunda, and employee breakroom – all with high-tech audiovisual equipment
• New millwork, marble, wood, tile flooring, carpeting, cabinets, countertops, wall finishes, accents, fixtures, and windows
