University of Holy Cross Dormitory

The University of Holy Cross is constructing a new on-campus dormitory to house and serve 150 students. The design blends with the campus’ existing Southern Georgian architectural style and incorporates the Tuscany style of the neighboring Our Lady of Wisdom. In addition to 150 residential rooms, the 4-story structure will also contain:

  • 6 Offices
  • Workout Area
  • Showers
  • Locker Rooms
  • Reception Area
  • Laundry Facility

Established in New Orleans in 1916, the University of Holy Cross is one of 8 Holy Cross colleges and universities nationwide and offers more than 65 academic programs to students.

This project is utilizing the design-build delivery method. McDonnel is working with Manning Architects of New Orleans, LA.
