Folgers Warehouse 7
This food & beverage construction design-build project creates a 40,000 square foot warehouse with a two-story office buildout and new storeroom for Folgers Coffee. The warehouse includes a new loading dock area consisting of six new dock levelers and overhead doors for offloading materials. The McDonnel Group completed this project both early and over half a million dollars under budget.
