Entergy Power Station ACW & DWT
McDonnel worked on this project at Entergy’s St. Charles Power Station through a contract with CB&I. The project included two buildings located at the St.Charles Little Gypsy Power Generation Plant. This is a Greenfeld power generation facility built in Montz, LA. The project includes a 21,000 SF, 2-story, high-bay structure. The Administration, Control Room, Warehouse building (ACW) is the primary operation support facility for the new power station. The ACW is a 60’ x 260’ multipurpose insulated structure with a 1:12 shed roof pitch. The second building is a 4,800 SF de-mineralized treatment building (DWT) which is the primary water facility for the new power station.
