The first level offers covered parking and the second and third levels are occupied tenant spaces consisting of: doctor/medical offices, administrative offices, workspace areas, conference rooms, break & lunchroom, dedicated printing room. Interior finishes feature extensive custom millwork throughout the building as well as stained concrete, ceramic and mosaic tile, and carpeted flooring.
