Capital One Bank Tenant Buildout at Place St. Charles
This 151,200 SF renovation project included the demolition of six floors along with the rebuild and tenant improvements of an additional four floors in a prominent downtown New Orleans office tower. The scope of work included:
- Executive-style office suites
- Daycare center for children of employees
- Employee break area, lunchroom, fitness center, storage areas, and new restrooms
- New tile flooring, carpeting, cabinets, countertops, wall finishes, accents, fixtures and windows
