Air Products Administration Office

The McDonnel Group was hired by Air Products for an administrative office buildout within the interior of an existing offsite warehouse that will house the staff for the LaPorte HyCo site. The 11,543 square feet of space includes 22 offices, two conference rooms, a break room, and restrooms. Electrical, mechanical, and I.T. rooms are also included to serve the space. This project was developed and designed by The McDonnel Group in collaboration with the local Air Products staff.
