To best serve our Houston-based construction clients, The McDonnel Group opened our Houston office in 2023 to provide construction solutions to Texas’ Industrial, Healthcare, and Commercial Construction sectors.
Located in the Greenway Plaza area, the office is a testament to our commitment to strategic growth in Texas, and we are dedicated to continuing to create jobs and invest resources in the Houston area.
Industrial Construction
The McDonnel Group built the 50,000 SF KIK BioLab Low Bay Warehouse, pictured above, to replace facilities destroyed by Hurricane Laura.

The McDonnel Group built several Texas projects for industrial clients with operations in Houston prior to opening our Houston office in 2023. Texas projects range from a blast-resistant control room and warehouse to a chemical clean room, LNG compressor and operating buildings, and an industrial office buildout.
