Food & Beverage Manufacturing Warehouse

This food & beverage manufacturing construction project creates a 40,000 square foot warehouse with a two-story office buildout and new storeroom for a Fortune 500 company with a plant for their national coffee brand in New Orleans. The warehouse includes a new loading dock area consisting of six new dock levelers and overhead doors for offloading materials. The McDonnel Group was able to complete this design-build project early while taking on the added scope of building two substations near the warehouse.
