Marathon Control Laboratory

Laboratory construction of this blast-rated building built for Marathon Petroleum by our industrial division houses nine labs, a walk-in cooler with purge system, a lab storage area, and an administration area that houses 16 offices. The laboratories include 78 fume hoods, each of which house two to six types of gases. A break room is designed to accommodate four rotating shifts and features four refrigerators, one for each shift.

The Associated Builders and Contractors Pelican Chapter named this project an Excellence in Construction Merit Award Winner for 2023.
