710 Baronne Redevelopment
The 710 Baronne Redevelopment is a historical restoration of a two-story Renaissance revival building, enhanced by juxtaposing an entirely new structure supporting a new six-story addition. This addition is partially constructed within the existing historic skin, allowing the historic elements of the existing property to be incorporated into the new building. This mixed-use development includes commercial space, apartment units, and common areas. 710 Baronne is designed to LEED standards that include thermal value walls and roofing as well as low reflective materials to minimize impact to surrounding buildings.
The Associated Builders and Contractors Pelican Chapter named this New Orleans construction project an Excellence in Construction Award Winner for 2022, and the National Association of Women in Construction named it a Project Excellence Award Winner for 2022.
