New Orleans Steamboat Company – Jax Mill House
The New Orleans Steamboat Company recently relocated their headquarters from the 2nd floor of the historic Jax Marketplace to the 3rd floor of the Jax Millhouse building (a 1986 addition to the original Jax Brewery building).
The Berger Company, New Orleans Steamboat Company’s landlord, needed McDonnel to fast-track the project and provide high-quality work and finishes on a lean budget. In order to achieve those goals, McDonnel handled the engineering and design of the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
