Omni Royal Orleans Hotel Guestroom Renovations and Balcony Additions
This $5 million renovation includes many upgrades to a historic French Quarter hotel’s interior as well as the installation of new balconies overlooking St. Louis and Royal streets. A total of 345 luxury guest rooms, including 60 suites, were renovated with the finest materials and finishes. The suites have new showers, and the rest of the guest rooms received new paint, furniture, equipment and wall fixtures. With renovations taking place on the 2nd through 7th floors, an exterior hoist was installed to move men and materials to the upper levels and minimize the impact of ongoing construction work to guests and routine hotel operations.
