Safety starts with the people in the field. We recently provided lunch for one of our site and safety crews as a small thank you for the work they do each day to keep our jobsites safe, organized, and moving forward. Their commitment, attention to detail, and focus on protecting everyone on site play an important role in the success of every project.
Miracle Beauties Family Fest Crawfish Cook-Off
Team members participated in the Miracle Beauties Family Fest Crawfish Cook-Off at The Kamp. The event brought the community together for food, music, and family activities while supporting a great cause.
Mardi Gras
Throughout Mardi Gras season, team members, family, and friends gathered at our parade stands to enjoy the festivities, spend time together, and celebrate one of the best parts of living in New Orleans. It was a great opportunity to connect outside of work and enjoy the season with the people who make McDonnel special.
Bayer LCPT Laboratory Groundbreaking
Proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new research and development facility for Bayer at the Louisiana Community and Technical College System campus in Luling. Team members joined Bayer and project partners to mark the start of construction on this important project, which will support innovation, research, and workforce development in the region.
Our Shell QM Lab Renovation earned the ABC Pelican Excellence in Construction Merit Award and another STEP Diamond Safety Award!
Working inside an active laboratory required precise planning, strict safety controls, and constant coordination. Our field and project teams, along with our trade partners, delivered this renovation with excellence, collaboration, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
